Royal Mail Update 21st Feb 2023

Due to the issues with Royal Mail and the cyber attacks made on their system at the end of 2022, there have been major delays on post.  Some mail has been trickling out of the country and therefore you may have received orders from other companies.  However, we have spoken directly to Royal Mail and they have assured us that has of today (21st February 2023) all mail is now being released for delivery.  Here are the lead times :

International Mail (not tracked) 7-10 working days.

International Mail (signed and tracked) 5-7 working days.

Therefore, even if your order was placed from November, we can only go by todays date as the date of shipping.

Of course, this is unacceptable to both you and the team here at PropDog, but it is beyond our control and we do ask that you are patient.

If you do not receive your item before 6th March 2023, we then have to wait a further 25 working days before the item can be deemed lost.  We can then claim for a lost package and either send a replacement or a full refund.

Again, we cannot stress how much this must infuriate both you and us.

All orders placed after today should arrive in the timeframes explained above.
