PropDog prides itself in the quality of our own brand products; each item is checked before packing and dispatch. However, occasionally a defect can be missed or there maybe a problem, such as a micro fracture on an item that cannot be seen before dispatch and only becomes apparent after a few uses.
With non PropDog products, the quality can not be guaranteed as the product is not made or packed by us and we simply can not open every single product to check or play every DVD.
The good news is that we pride ourselves on our customer service, so if you do receive a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com or ring us on +44 020 8894 3410 and we will replace or refund your faulty product immediately.
If you wish to simply return your product because it is not for you or not what you expected, then we are happy to accept the return so long as it is still in brand new, unused condition and you are returning it within 14 days of purchase.
In order to discourage customers from purchasing products just to find out the secret and then returning them, refunds for unwanted returns such as this will be made in reward points to the equivalent value of the order minus the cost of shipping.
