Top 5 Card Marlo socially distanced

Comedy Card Trick
Who says Marlo was boring. A card trick with built-in comedy and a bit of classic magician in trouble thrown in. The cards are just shown rather than pulled from the deck so no touching is required but the real beauty is that the comedy is in what is said and a supposed mis-understanding.

A Startling Climax
Provided you have the cards shown rather chosen you have a visual climax sure to get gasps. It is one of those routines which I play for comedy, but can also be played straight probably to give a bigger punch.

Think, Touch, Turn
Tricks that challenge the spectators to catch you make ideal socially distance routines. This particular effect is a bit Twisting the Aces but with a lost and found selection which adds a surprise kicker.

Simple Ace trick
The aces are lost and four different spectators divine their location, all remotely. I enjoy performing this, although it could be seen as repetitive and some artificial progression wouldn’t go a miss. It has clarity of plot, easy to do and it involves four spectators at a distance

The Ace of Spades trick
I find this effect is more a concept than a trick. Much like the Ambitious card, you can develop your own phases and routines, but in essence the continuous surprise revelations of the Ace of Spades plays great at a distance or over Zoom.
