How to bring an Appearing Pole/Straw/Wand back to life
If your appearing pole, straw or wand had been strored rolled up for a long time, it can lose it's shape because the plastic loses its memory. But don't panic.
Below is a video tutorial on how to restore it to its former condition.
- Hold the straw, pole, wand into its shape using elastic bands and regular intervals along its length
- Warm the pole using either a heat gun or a hair dryer. You need to heat the plastic evenly not allowing it to get too hot, just warm to the touch.
- Continue until the appearing pole because taut and holds the desire shape.
