Yes, we do ship worldwide, in fact most of our customers are international!
You can estimate the shipping costs of your order from the shopping cart, just add the items you want to the cart, click view cart, then click ‘Estimate Shipping & Taxes’
PropDog aims to get all orders out on the same day they are ordered if the order is placed before 12.00pm UK time on weekdays. If not, we try to get the order out the very next day. Weekend orders usually go out on Monday morning.
There will be occasions where products have to be custom made or we might be closed, in which case, we will get your order in the post at the earliest possible opportunity.
Orders to the UK usually arrive the next day, but may occasionally take 2 or 3 days. Guaranteed next day delivery is an option, but this will cost more.
Orders to Europe usually arrive within 5 working days and US and the rest of the world usually takes between 5-10 working days depending on customs. Due to the unusual nature of magic props, if customs decide to open and check the order, it can very occasionally take a little longer.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE UK, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE ON ARRIVAL OF YOUR ORDER, HOWEVER, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED TAX ON THE ORDER WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.
