Most of the time, the articles about our featured stars are full of praise for their achievements and skills - and rightly so, because we only try to select performers who are ‘worthy’ of Magicseen’s attention! So, you might find the article about our issue 77 cover stars, Young and Strange, a little different, as despite their talent and success they are remarkably down-to-earth and unpretentious and seek to downplay what they have achieved. We like them!
As a general rule we don’t run tribute articles to recently departed magicians, but when someone of international status and repute such as Eugene Burger sadly leaves it, we felt it only right and proper that we should spend some time reflecting on the huge impact he has had on the magic world.
What other delights await you in the November issue? Well, Geraint Clarke offers you three ideas in his usual forthright manner! Christopher T. Magician returns with the second instalment of his three part mini series, and Mel Mellers reveals his techniques for creating individual personalised comedy. Plus we have an extended chat with top Australian FISM winner Tim Ellis, the Masterclassand as always our round up of reviews and other bits and pieces to make your magic world rock!
