I can see why this is limited to 500 copies!
It is a slim volume of just 5 mentalism routines. I can positively say that would all work and could be made to entertaining but I couldn't find anything original. The first effect is a nice opener but not an original plot, two paper bags one of which has a brick in it. The method is nice and could be used for something more original.
The other effects include:
- An unnecessarily convoluted card effect which requires you to go down different paths depending on the spectators choice.
- A 'which hand' based on the Tequila Hustle principle which is really logic
- A routine using an invisible die which combines switches and multiple outs to achieve an unimpressive denouement
- An essay on props which treads familiar ground but I disagree with
- I can't remember the other routine which should tell you enough.
The above will all work and you could wring an applause out of them, but there is little recommend them. Considering the price I was really expecting more like certainly originality.
