The magician borrows a bill of any denomination from a spectator and places it under a red handkerchief. He hands the hanky to the owner of the bill who holds onto it through the cloth. The magician snaps his fingers and tells the spectator to let go of the bill and...it vanishes! The borrowed bill is later produced in any impossible location the magician chooses.
